Photography is the art or practice of capturing images using a camera. It involves taking pictures of people, places, objects, or events to create a visual representation of them.
Photography has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. There’s just something about capturing a moment in time, freezing it forever in an image that draws me in. In this article, I’m going to explain why I love photography.
First and foremost, photography allows me to express my creativity. Whether I’m taking portraits of people or landscapes, I have the ability to capture the world around me in a way that reflects my unique perspective.
I can experiment with different lighting, angles, and compositions to create images that are truly my own. Photography is a form of art that lets me express myself and showcase my vision.
Another reason why I love photography is that it allows me to capture memories. Whether it’s a family vacation or a special event, photographs have the power to transport me back to those moments in time. Looking through old photos is like reliving those memories all over again. I can remember the sights, sounds, and emotions of that moment, and it’s a beautiful feeling.

I took this picture when I went to the my first Photo journalism at Pettah . I was took this picture in the evening. This is a one most famous temple in SriLanka . It's located in Nallur, Northern Province, Sri Lanka.Nallur Murugan Kovil is one of the most significant Hindu temples in the Jaffna District of Northern Province, Sri Lanka. The temple is a socially important institution for the Sri Lankan Tamils Hindu identity and many temples have been built in Europe and North America using the same name as a cultural memory.

When I went to the Kataragama Me and my brother captured this image. Kataragama is one of most popular & most sacred pilgrimages sites of Sri Lanka. Like Adam's Peak, it attracts Sinhalese Buddhists as well as Hindu Tamils.
The adored site is visited by Muslims & Christians too. The image shows a variety of wooden elephant figurines. The figurines are all different sizes and colors, and some have ivory tusks. There is also a map of Sri Lanka in the background.
